The Government of Zimbabwe through the Ministry of Environment, Climate, Tourism and Hospitality Industry is seeking the services of a consultant to support the preparation of the GEF CEO Endorsement document and associated annexes. The consultant, will develop the full project proposal document, including all related Annexes, working together with the International Consultant procured by UNEP.  The proposal document will be based on analytical work, studies, national strategies and stakeholder consultations that are accessible to a broad readership consistent with Global Environmental Facility (GEF) requirements. The team, together with the international consultant, will come up with customised project templates including (but not limited to): results & monitoring frameworks, budgets, workplans, terms of reference, project implementation arrangements, gender action plans, problem tree, & theory of change, etc.

Interested Consultants are requested to collect a request for proposal document from the Procurement Management Unit, Ministry of Environment, Climate, Tourism and Hospitality Industry, Rooms 11-58, 11th floor, Kaguvi Building, Cnr S. V Muzenda Street/ Central Avenue, Harare. Submission should be done using the tender box situated at the reception at the above mentioned address by not later than 18 September 2020, at 10:00hrs local time. The documents should be placed in sealed envelopes, clearly marked EOI & PROPOSAL- “Development of GEF CEO Endorsement Request Package for CBIT.  Tendor No: RFQ MECTHI 011/2020”.
